She opened it. Found the index. Paged to Isaiah. Silently read a few words, then laid it on her bed with a nod. With all the motions she'd learned she said:
"Even youths grow tired and weary,

and young men stumble and fall;
but those who hope in the Lord
will renew their strength,
They will soar on wings like eagles;
they will run and not grow weary,
they will walk and not be faint."
Isaiah 40: 30&31
I love when little hearts get filled with His heart.
Thanks for sharing this. This is one of those precious moments in a christian moms life...when her children open the Word of God and are excited about sharing it! :)
ReplyDeleteWow! From out of the mouth of babes...Wonderful Mommy/Daughter moments! So beautiful to see the Lord at work in our children's lives!
ReplyDelete*Your daughter looks so much like you! Precious!
Thanks for stopping by Life Lessons!I appreciate your comments. Remembering who we belong to, goes a long way toward tempering our speech. When I submit to His will and pray prior to difficult situations, I can be victorious in my words. Appreciate your honesty and insight! Have a beautiful week.
Hugs & Blessings!
Such an awesome testimony for you as a Mom. She's going places. Thank you for sharing.
