Christmas Question #5

I have loved the past few weeks of questions and all your answers. Cannot even believe it's only four days until Christmas. I'm taking off the end of the year and through New Years and will be back on January 7th. Praying you all have a blessed Christmas filled with family, friends, love, and new wonderful memories.

My last Christmas question today I want to center on the real Reason for this season, because truly, with all the laughter and fun, cookies, sweets and gifts, the real center of the season is all about Jesus Christ. He's the reason we celebrate. The real best memory ever. The sweetest gift we'll ever receive.

So today I want to know, what is your favorite Christmas verse or part of the Christmas story? Is it a traditional one? Or a part of the story that we don't often think of? Is it a verse that points to His coming or one from the night of His birth?

Mine is the very traditional:

Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is Christ the Lord. Luke 2:11

Merry Christmas my friends. Be blessed with the gift of His presence in your life!
