Worn

I was listening to the radio the other day and Tenth Avenue North was talking about their new song "Worn". One of the men mentioned they'd gotten the idea for the song when one morning in bed, his wife rolled over, looked at him and said, "I'm tired." And she didn't simply mean she wanted to hit the snooze button, but that she was worn out mentally and physically.

Don't know about you, but I can so relate. And lately I've had a lot of friends who seem to be able to relate to that one little word. So today, I'm simply posting this song and letting it do all the talking. It's a super-cool video (least I think so) and the lyrics only get better as the song goes on.

Happy Monday, friends:)

  2. Great song! I hadn't seen this video yet. It's very good!

I can relate to this feeling of being worn, it's definitely overwhelming, but so thankful for the rest we find in Him.

    Thanks for sharing, Susan!
    Happy Tuesday!

  3. Yes, I know it's heading into Wednesday ... but I just watched this video -- with my son-in-love and daughter. It was perfect. Absolutely perfect after our time in prayer.
    Thank you.
